Back with a bang !

Its been so long since i've blogged... i shud say days have been rather tough!!! A month ago I attended my first campus Interview and got into Cognizant .. thats one good thing that has happened to me... Apart from that I've had a few brainstorming session with a few of my peers.. and the experience was gr8T [i ll be bloggin about that in days to come - once i have a prototype ;) ready]. Recruitments , new semester, Labs, Campus Club activities, District Ball Badminton Tournament up this aug , what with our syposium 'Cognition 08' coming up , Not to mention the Senior Project Proposals and reviews ...!!!

I'm in serious need of prioritization... 'cos those thriller novels and books should find their right place @ my desk... ( I read three sidneysheldon's and 1 of chetanbhagats in the 2 weeks of classtime :(( )and have felt mighty bad of wasting precious hours ! Gone is gone..!With good prioritization (and careful management of deprioritized tasks) you can bring order to chaos, massively reduce stress, and move towards a successful conclusion. Without it, you'll flounder around, drowning in competing demands. I hereby announce that i 'm the worst of the kind of people who can't seem to have any organised lifestyle.Guess what,I'm not very happy about that..I think its troubling with my focus and I have started to get quickly bored out of one thing even when I'm interested in it.It has made me overly multitask and thus dragging me away from the task I am up to.Well thats gonna change, I'm sure (atleast eventually..!)Any ways its my project proposal tomorrow and I might as well go and dig something up for it...(an'enthusiastic' yawm :) )its about developing an ontological search engine....Shall blog about that l8r.

BOTTOM LINE:

I learned that we can do anything, but we can’t do everything.. at least not at the same time. So think of your priorities not in terms of what activities you do, but when you do them. Timing is everything -Dan Millman

So what are you waiting for???

Go on......................

Prioritization!

Its like having a boundary to your thinking, which will hinder the process of Broad thinking! which intern is really bad.

Thanks for writing about prioritization otherwise I would have thought about it. :)
